FY 16-17 EADA REPORT (Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act)

The Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act requires co-educational institutions of postsecondary education that participate in a Title IV, federal student financial assistance program, and have an intercollegiate athletic program, to prepare an annual report to the Department of Education on athletic participation, staffing, and revenues and expenses, by men's and women's teams. The Department will use this information in preparing its required report to the Congress on gender equity in intercollegiate athletics.

The annual EADA Report must be made available upon request to students, prospective students and the public by October 15 of each year.  The 2016-17 EADA report for USC UPSTATE is available in the Athletics Business Office, located in the Hodge Building.  The address is USC UPSTATE ATHLETICS, 800 University Way, Spartanburg, SC  29303.  A copy may also be obtained by contacting Kanett Haynes, Athletics Business Manager, at 864-503-5137 or via e-mail at khaynes@uscupstate.edu.
